Position: Deputy Manager of Da Nang Branch (01 person)

• Working place: Branch of Chinfon Cement in Da Nang (No 62 Tran Duc Thao, Hoa Cuong Nam, Hai Chau, Da Nang)

Job description

Being responsible for advising and supporting the Branch Manager to effectively perform sales tasks and develop the branch's sales system, achieve the branch’ assigned goals, including but not limited to the following tasks:

• Support the Branch Manager in managing the branch's daily operations, ensuring that operations take place effectively;
• Monitor and support the sales team in achieving goals, organize meetings with the sales team to update the situation and share strategies;
• Analyze sales data to make recommendations for improvement;
• Train and develop staff;
• Perform other duties relates to working position.

Requirement  

• Male/Female, age < 45;
• University Graduated, major in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, etc…;
• English: proficient in 4 skills; good at office informatics;
• Have extensive knowledge and understanding of sales processes, effective sales techniques, business strategies and sustainable development methods;
• Strategic mindset; Effective organization and time management skills; Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Honest, dynamic, creative, flexible, passionate about the job, responsible and able to withstand high pressure at work;
• Have at least 7 years of experience in a related field with at least 4 years working in a sales/marketing management position;

Other information

• Probation period: 02 months;
• Working time: average 8 hrs./day; 40 hrs./week;
• Salary: upon negotiation, depending on ability and working experience and annual salary adjust as market;
• Bonuses and other benefits: Monthly production and sales bonus; Objective bonus; Year-end bonus: from 1-3 months of salary; Bonus on occasion of Government’s Festival days, employee’s birthday, Corporation establishment day; 24/24 Accident Insurance and Health Insurance; Other benefits depending on business results.
