Job description
- Be responsible for advising the Board of Directors, developing and implementing Marketing plans and strategies in accordance with the company's vision and business goals;
- To develop strategies, make plans to implement market development, brand development, and sales policies. Building budgets and allocating resources to effectively implement approved Marketing plans;
- To collect, synthesize, analyze and evaluate market data and customer insights to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions;
- To propose and implement marketing programs, communication campaigns, and brand promotion. Building and organizing events such as customer conferences, travel programs, exhibitions, etc….;
- To manage and be responsible for customer-facing communication channels, including activities such as announcements, press releases, website content development, forum management and maintaining fan pages on social networks;
- To manage the company's image and maintain brand identity consistency;
- To monitor, analyze, evaluate and report the results of marketing, communication, and brand promotion activities to propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, and optimize resources;
- To manage and be responsible for the activities of the Marketing Section;
- To perform other duties relates to working position.
Job Requirements
- Male only;
- University Graduated, major in Marketing, Economics and other relevant majors; Have deep knowledge of marketing and brand development; master the procedures and legal regulations in Marketing and construction;
- Have at least 03 years working in Marketing in a similar position, candidates with experience in Marketing in the field of construction material will get priority.
- Good communication skill, analytical thinking and effective time management, leadership capacity and strategic vision;
- English fluency in 4 skills. Willing to travel regularly;
- Honesty, integrity, dynamism, creativity, high sense of responsibility and discipline, ability to work under high pressure.

- Probation period: 02 months;
- Working time: average 8 hrs./day; 40 hrs./week;
