Position: Packing Worker –Packing Section - Hiep Phuoc Clinker Grinding Plant (01 person)

• Working place:   Hiep Phuoc Clinker Grinding Plant  – Chinfon Cement Corporation

                               (Lot A7, Hiep Phuoc Industrial zone, Nha Be district, HCMC)

Job description

To be a Packing Worker of Packing Section - Production Dept. and responsible for:

• Operating safe bagging machines to pack cement bags;
• Cleaning the Packer and its surroundings;
• Arranging the cement bags, record and report data related to the cement bags;
• Implementing other duties related to the working position.

Requirement

• Man only, age ≤ 35;
• Graduated from High School or vocational school;
• Healthy, industrious, honest.

Other information

• Probation period: 01 month;
• Type of contract expected to conclude: Indefinite labor contract after 02 years of definite labor contract;
• Working time: average 8 hours/day, 42 hours/week, work on 03 shifts;
• Salary: From 08 million VND upwards, depends on ability and working experience of the candidate, and annual salary adjustment as market;
• Bonuses and other benefits: Monthly production and sales bonus; Objective bonus; Year-end bonus: from 1-3 months of salary;  Bonus on occasion of Government’s Festival days, employee’s birthday, Corporation establishment day; Commute bus to factory; 24/24 Accident Insurance and Health Insurance; Other benefits depending on business results.
