Employees at CFC work an average of 40 hours/week for those working by office hours and 42 hours/week for shift workers.

Female employees are entitled to 30 minutes of rest/day for at least 3 days/month during menstruation. 60 minutes/day break for breastfeeding, milk storage and rest for female employees who are raising children under 12 months. The time off is still entitled to the full salary according to the labor contract. Company does not arrange female employees who are 7 months pregnant, are raising children under 12 months old to work at night, work overtime, go away on business trips.

Employees at CFC enjoy various incentive bonuses such as monthly production and sales bonus, semi-annual production and sales target bonus, year-end bonus on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, bonus on occupational safety, bonus on special occasions such as International Women's Day, International Labor Day, Vietnam National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival, Father's Day, Company Founding Day, New Year's Day, Employee's birthday. In particular, the company has a policy of seniority bonus to show gratitude to employees who work for company for a long time 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, 25 years. 

Every year, company increases salaries for employees with a good increase compared to the labor market. 

Company gives gifts to employees' children on the occasion of International Children's Day, spending periodic bonding parties. Every year, the company cooperates with the company's trade union organization to give scholarships to employees with good academic achievements, and to give gifts to the families of employees with difficult circumstances on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.

Employees at CFC are entitled to participate in social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance right after signing the official labor contract with company. Because company always pays the social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance premiums early at the end of each month, the social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance benefits for employees are timely and fully implemented.

In order to support employees who are unfortunately sick, ill, or in an accident, company buys a 24/24 accident insurance and health insurance package for employees with high compensation. The maximum compensation for treatment expenses in case of an accident is from 45 million VND to 85 million VND/ person in 1 year and for death due to an accident is from 225 million VND to 423 million VND/ case. The maximum compensation level for treatment, surgery and maternity expenses is from 230 million VND/person to 266 million VND/person in 1 year.

Company support employee an amount in cash for tour annually. In addition, based on the business results of each year, company may organizes domestic and foreign trips for managers and employees with excellent achievements in work.

Regarding health check-ups once a year for all employees and twice a year for some specific job positions as prescribed by law, in addition to the mandatory examination items, company pays to expand more examination items to improve the level of early disease screening for employees, in-depth examination for suspected cases according to the doctor's opinion, examination for spouses of managrrial employee and high seniority employees.

Company has a medical station with equipment and drugs ready for first aid and treatment of common diseases, and has a team of well-trained doctors and nurses on duty 24/24 to be ready to respond when an employee has an accident or unexpected illness. Each employee is equipped with a hand-held temperature sensor and masks when there is an epidemic. Each department is equipped with blood pressure monitors, health scales to help employees actively monitor their health.

With on-site ambulance equipment and 24/7 driver arrangement, employees of CFC are quickly taken to medical center when having an accidents or unusual health problems.

The cost of a daily meal is usually 35,000 VND / pax; every Friday is 70,000 VND / pax; Special occasions such as Vietnam National Day, Taiwan Double Ten Day, New Year's Eve is 100,000 VND/pax. This cost is for real foods only, not including the cost of labor, materials and other consumable costs.

Company pay fees to hire high-quality bus and parking place to transport employees to work.
