Courses are designed close to actual needs to give employees the opportunity to develop talents, promote expertise, skills and creative capacity in the working process, focusing on raising awareness , consciousness of environmental protection and safety at works. Training courses on occupational safety & health, working procedures, and on-job instructions/ guidelines are conducted annually at the company, ensuring that each employee fully understands and applies the regulations on occupational safety and health, working procedures to continuously improve work efficiency.
